Twice a year!
For the last 8 years or so, my husband and I have done a 2 x year Wild Rose Detox.....spring and fall. We both feel that it re-sets us, and the bonus is that we usually drop a few pounds in the process. we feel cleaner and "emptier", and those are both good things, in my book. Even when I am not actively cleansing, I sometimes opt to follow the diet if I feel like I've overeaten, or had a spell when I've not eaten as cleanly as I would like. It's especially good to do when returning from a trip! This time though, I had a difficult time finding then product in my health food store, but was happy to find it online. Thank you Wild Rose!

This is a great brand! , my husband and I first split a 12 day cleanse as our first ever cleanse 2 years ago, ever since we have been doing 2 cleanses a year (spring and fall) it’s totally doable- even for first timers. The key is to give your digestive system a break, no dairy, wheat (or any grain flour), sugar or sweetener of any kind, (this includes dried fruit, juice, and tropical fruit), vinegar, or yeast. It seems daunting at first, but with creativity You can still eat all of your favourite foods (bonus: no nasty cleanse juices to choke down everyday! ) it’s a challenge but you finish a few pounds lighter, feelbetter, and gain a whole bunch of new recipes. The Vision Supreme was first suggested by a herbesthealth employee. I have taken it now for over 30 years and this product is truly working. It does not cure the eye illness but helps to slow down the problem. This product was also suggested by my Eye specialist.. It is also a product much cheaper than many others. Well worth trying. I do take one capsule a day and am very please with the results.
