Recommended dose: Adults and adolescents (12 years and older) – Take 1 capsule daily. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset, such as diarrhea, occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition such as AIDS or lymphoma, or if you are a patient undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment.
