Maca grows at altitudes of 4,000+ metres above sea level in the harsh environment of the Andes Mountains. This harsh, yet mineral-rich environment contributes to maca’s impressive nutritional profile. Particularly high in fibre and vitamin C, maca boasts an extensive mineral profile.

Maca is an adaptogen, aiding the body in adapting to stress. When suffering from chronic stress, the body tells the autonomic nervous system to work harder and the nervous system gets depleted. The body then has a more difficult time recovering when stress increases. This can cause issues such as a weakened immune system, mental health issues, insomnia, and more.

Recommended dose:
Adults (18 years and older) – Take 1-4 capsule(s) once daily.
