Health First GTF Chromium contains a patented and highly absorbable form of chromium called Chromium Chelavite^®, plus cinnamon for healthy metabolism of glucose, carbohydrates, and fats. GTF stands for “glucose tolerance factor”, which is the most biologically active form of chromium.
