When can I get in touch with you?

In light of recent events related to COVID-19:

There may be some service delays. We are experiencing higher than normal volume and our team is working hard to get your order to you. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In light of recent events related to COVID-19:

  • There will be some service delays in order processing times and we will no longer be able to guarantee 8 business day shipping
  • We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes or cancellations for any orders already placed
  • Some products are out of stock or back-ordered from our suppliers due to high demand

We work hard to get you your products as quickly as possible. Our team takes 1-3 business days to process your order. After it has been packed up and left our office it takes Canada Post 2 - 8 business days to deliver!  You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number that has been emailed to you with the confirmation of your order.


How does my order get shipped?

Herbesthealth uses Canada Post Expedited Shipping, to ensure you receive your order within 2 - 8 business days from when the order leaves our office. When we ship products we ensure all orders are packaged with bubble wrap and cooler packs when needed.


If I don’t like a product can I return it?

We get it, sometimes you order something and it isn’t what you hoped it would be. Contact us at orders@herbesthealth.com and we can arrange for a return. We will accept returns within 30 days of time of purchase. To find out more about our return policy, click here.
