For women with pre-menstrual symptoms or skin ailments such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne, evening primrose oil may be your elixir. Evening primrose oil is made from the seeds of the flowers of the evening primrose plant, which is native to North and South America. The oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid or GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid found in plant oils. It’s known to help balance hormone levels, alleviate symptoms of PMS and promote healthy skin.

Health First Evening Primrose Oil is non-GMO, cold-pressed, and hexane-free, containing a minimum of 9.5% GLA with 10 IU of natural vitamin E to keep it shelf-stable.
