Recommended Dose: Women (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule, 2 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Recommended Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 months.

Contra-Indications: Do not use this product if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
